A panel of 39 of Australia's most respected beer connoisseurs votes for theirs favourite beers of 2011 in order to create a list of 100 beers. This list is the 'Critics' Choice' Top 100. Each one of these beers is presented on a page with Brewer's tasting notes, Critics notes, food match, serving temperature, suggested serving glass as well as details of the style and the brewery.

Also included in this edition is a guide to Pale Ale’s in Australia which explores trends and styles associated with the Pale Ale category.
